ThermaLemma ("the app") is a thermal imaging application that works with external USB thermal cameras and the device’s built-in camera.

1. Information We Collect

The app does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. All data is processed locally on the device.

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA)
  Used to capture visible-light images for overlay or reference alongside thermal data.
• USB devices
  Used to communicate with external thermal camera hardware.
• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
  May be used by the system when accessing camera or USB devices. The app does not actively collect or store location data.
• Storage
  Images are saved locally on the device only when the user explicitly performs a save action.
• In-app purchases (com.android.vending.BILLING)
  Used to unlock premium features. Transactions are handled by Google Play. The app does not store payment details.

2. How Data Is Used

• Thermal and visible images are processed in real time on-device
• Saved images remain only on the user’s device
• No data is uploaded to any server

3. Data Sharing

The app does not share any user data with third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Images and files are stored only on the device
• Users can delete them at any time

5. Security

Since all processing is local and no data is transmitted, exposure risk is minimized. No guarantees can be made against device-level compromise.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app does not target children and does not knowingly collect personal data.

7. Your Choices

• You can deny permissions (camera, location), though this may limit functionality
• You control all saved data on your device

This policy may be updated. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
